Rob Kardashian weight loss: 50 pounds lost with diet, exercise and Blac Chyna

Rob Kardashian has lost an additional 10 pounds recently, for a total weight loss of 50 pounds. Rob's friends credited his new girlfriend Blac Chyna for his dramatic weight loss, Celebrity Health & Fitness reported.

Rob "lost another 10 pounds and has really been taking care of himself," said a source. "It really all is because of Blac Chyna. Chyna is great. She has brought this new side of him out, the old Rob! He's really having a lot of fun."

Rob has really stepped up his weight loss efforts after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Kardashian's weight loss secrets were a low-carb diet and lots of exercise, as Examiner has reported. Kardashian's diet excludes fast food and red meat. Rob also exercises five days a week to manage his diabetes.

Kardashian has been estranged from his sisters since he began dating Blac Chyna in January 2016, but she has really helped him clean up his diet and motivated him to work out again.

Rob's sisters Khloe, Kim and Kourtney are reportedly furious at him for dating Chyna, who's feuding with their younger sister, Kylie Jenner. Kylie and Chyna have been engaged in a petty Instagram rivalry ever since Kylie started dating Chyna's ex-boyfriend, rapper Tyga, with whom she has a son.

Rob recently declared his love for Blac Chyna on Instagram, writing, "Love this woman right here so f*ck y'all with your negative comments‼️"

Despite his sisters' disapproval, Rob is devoted to Blac Chyna because of the fitness motivation and love she has brought into his life. Not only has Kardashian lost 50 pounds, but he has finally started coming out of his shell after being a recluse for the past three years.
